The Federal Election Commission has expanded its subscription to FedHR Navigator to include both the PD+ Position Classification and Federal Hiring Management modules. The FEC is an independent regulatory agency that has the responsibility to disclose campaign finance information, to enforce the provisions of the Federal Election Campaign Act, and to oversee the public funding of Presidential elections.
This new functionality will provide the FEC with the capability to manage and document actions associated with its positions, as well as to quickly process, manage, and document all steps associated with its hiring actions. The PD+ module includes all documents related to positions, including those required for the hiring process. The FHMmodule, is designed specifically for the Federal government, is fully integrated with PD+, and also has full integration with the Office of Personnel Management’s USAJOBS.
